iPhone app for triathletes
Your race has a date. Give it a plan.
Trivium is a connected training app that lives with you from sign-up to start line, sprint through full Ironman. Pick a plan, generate one with AI, or build your own — then open it each morning for the session, the effort, and the reason for it.
Create a free account to start, then connect Strava or Polar (optional) from inside the app. The same plan opens on your iPhone and in the browser.
On your phone
Open it, and today is already answered.
The session, not just its name
Sport, duration and a five-dot effort rating at a glance. Tap the card for the heart-rate band, a pace guide, the warm-up → main set → cool-down, and the one cue that matters for that session.
One tap on how you feel
Five options — wiped to fresh. It confirms, then gets out of the way for the day. Your answer stays on the session card, and you can change it whenever the day changes.
Next seven days, in order
Hours planned and how many sessions, then every day in sequence. Tap any of them to see that session in the same detail as today's.
Where you are, honestly
Phase and week of that phase on every day, recovery weeks called out by name, and a month calendar colour-coded by sport — with a text badge on every day, so it reads in grayscale too.
Fitness, projected against real
The 42-day load curve your plan projects, with the curve you are actually building drawn over it once a provider is connected. Weekly volume by sport, week, month or whole block.
Strava and Polar, both ways
Logged activities flow in and tick off the day they belong to. The plan itself travels with your account, so an edit on the phone is there in the browser.
Three ways in
Start the way that suits you.
Start from a proven method
Periodized presets for every triathlon distance, sprint through full Ironman — or load the training method of a world champion. Set your race date and the schedule fills in from today.
Generate one with AI
Answer a short questionnaire — race, experience, hours, rest day, injuries — and get a custom periodized plan. If Strava is connected it reads your last eight weeks first, so the plan starts from what you are really doing.
Build your own
Lay out phases, weekly templates and tune-up races by hand for full control of every session, with the same engine checking the plan still holds together to race day.
After you have a plan
Then it trains with you.
The session in front of you
The app opens on today: one session, one effort, one focus. The week and the road to race day sit below it, in that order.
Real progress, no spin
Phase and week tracking show exactly where you stand against race day, and estimated numbers say they are estimated. Real paces and adherence, never a vanity metric.
Adapts to real efforts
Connect Strava or Polar and upcoming sessions adjust to what you actually did — including the workouts you missed, and the ones you went too hard on.
One plan, any distance
